Artist Rick Youmans is opening his studio doors for the region’s most important art celebration, The Raglan Arts Weekend. YOUMANS STUDIO has a great variety of paintings available, art that tries to express the very essence of what inspires Rick while evoking a personal interpretation with his designs and artwork.
On the first day of the event hosted this Labour Weekend, we received almost 300 visitors at the Youmans Studio at The Raglan Wharf. Here in the area, people can also find various popular shops like Soul Shoes, Tony Sly Pottery, and our neighbours, The Wharf Gallery, plus restaurants and coffee shops. However, as there is a vast parking demand in the area, we suggest people enjoy the beautiful walk or bike ride to The Wharf.
Rick has exhibited in New Zealand and Australia, with paintings selling in Singapore, England and the U.S. Recently he has exhibited in Chile, and we are excited to share that he will be returning next year to present his artwork at Palacio Vergara Museum in Viña del Mar in the Valparaiso region.
We will be open this Sunday 23rd, and Monday 24thof October, from 10 am to 5 pm.
